David Brooks Wilson is the Chairman of Noble Wilson Limited, a property consultancy which has operations in the UK and Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Corporation of Treasurers, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.

His career has embraced Trafalgar House Investments Limited, Bovis plc, P&O Properties plc, The British Lane Company plc, Eurotunnel plc, and Imperial College London, all at Main Board or Company Secretary level. More recently he was Managing Director of Eurotunnel Developments Limited, and the Property Director of Eurotunnel plc, the company responsible for financing and constructing the Channel Tunnel between England and France.

After he launched Noble Wilson Limited in 2001 he was Estates Director at Imperial College London, responsible for the property aspects of six hospitals and 5million sq.f.t of office, administration and laboratory space.He currently advised M. Squire & Partners, architects. He is a Director of Locate in Kent, and a Director, Governor and Trustee of Goodenough College. He is also a Consultant to Keltbray (Holdings) Limited and Arcadis UK.He is the past-Chairman and now a member of the M.C,C. Estates Committee, and member of the M.C.C. Project Steering Committee for the £55m redevelopment of the Compton/Edrich Stand. He is a co-opted member of the Property Investment Board of the Corporation of Lonond, and a co-opted member of the Capital Buildings Committee covering all City of London projects in excess of £200m.He advised the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors on infrastructure and is the Chairman of the RICS National Awards, and the Judge for Infrastructure.
